Email Support
Our QuickBooks Certified team will provide email support and answers within 1 Business day for accounting questions regarding the Edge and QuickBooks integration. Our goal is to problem solve accounting questions from the Edge.
Integration Assessment
Our team will access your database twice a year via remote access and compare balances between the Edge and QuickBooks for Inventory, Store Charges, Store Credits/Tender Cards, Customer Deposits, Gift Certificates and Product Sales & Cost of Goods Sold. In addition, our team will review the integration balancing accounts for accuracy.
Reduced Hourly Rates
VIP Members will receive a discounted hourly rate of $125 per hour (Regular Rate is $175/hr.), if individual assistance is needed beyond Question & Answer Sessions.
